Many of us are Southerners, but Dale Gray is a Southerner three times over. She grew up just outside of Cape Town, South Africa. After graduating from college, she moved to South Korea to teach English, where she met the man she later married and then moved with him to Mississippi. Gray considers herself to be just a home cook who's "passionate about food, about the love shared between people at a table, about how to make a plate of food look beautiful and the stories behind it all."
