Good To-Go Bibimbap
Item # 1007
Literally translates to 'mixed rice' but that doesn't even begin to describe this Korean staple. The key component of the Good To-Go Bibimbap is gochujang — a deep red, spicy and immensely flavorful sauce made from Korean chiles and fermented miso. Fry an egg and slide it on top and you'll swear you're in your favorite Korean restaurant.

This is probably the BEST, if not the second best, backpacking meal I've ever had the pleasure to eat on a trip. A lot of dehydrated meals have little to no flavor, but not this brand, not this meal! This thing is packed with great flavor, awesome ingredients, and real heat. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't always get a ton of food options on outdoor trips, but luckily that is a shift that is starting to change and a lot of brands are finally making vegan/vegetarian backpacking meals. If that is your thing, this brand should be your favorite. I like to add a little extra water than recommended to make it more soupy. YUM!
