Curbside Returns to Whole Earth Stores!
With the loosening of shelter in place orders in Texas, Whole Earth is bringing back a curbside pickup option for items purchased on our website. Our stores will provide this service Monday - Saturday 10:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday 12:30pm to 5:30pm. The stores will remain closed for the time being to protect both our customers and our staff.
The process looks like this. When you place an order on the Whole Earth website, you can choose the option of receiving your items via package delivery or, if you live in or near Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio, using curbside pickup for your items. If your local store is not listed as a pick up location for the item you are interested in, then the only delivery option is shipping. We cannot transfer merchandise between store locations for curbside pickup at this time.
If you choose curbside pickup, you’ll receive two emails. The first will confirm your order and the second will alert you that your order is ready for pickup. When you’re ready, drive to your Whole Earth store and park in the lot. From there, call the store using the number provided in your email.
A staff member will need your name, the order number and the items in the order.
When the order has been confirmed and checked, a staff member will place it on a table at our front door. After the staff member has returned to the store and the door has closed, you may approach to check and pick up your order. If the order is correct, please signal to the staff member, and you are on your way. If there is a problem, please call the store again while you’re at the table, so we can discuss the situation.
We will clean and sanitize the table after every delivery.
At this time, we cannot accept phone orders or handle exchanges and returns at our brick and mortar stores.
While the stores are closed, please shop with us using Whole Earth’s online store. And if you have exchanges or returns, our online customer service team will be happy to help.
